La capa esta compuesta por 699 corregimientos de los cuales 3 son considerados comarcas Indígenas; existen 83 distritos de los cuales 1 es considerado comarca indígena, y 1 es ficticio, por representación cartográfica digital, para cubrir el espacio territorial de la Comarca Kuna Yala a nivel de distrito; 10 Provincias y 3 comarcas considerados a nivel de provincia. En este contexto, la Comarca Naso Tjër Di mantiene una categoría de Distrito, según la Ley N°188 que la crea en el año 2020; se divide en tres corregimientos, que aún no se cargan a la DPA debido a
